Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Operator" means TechSolutions Group N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 144920 and registered address at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao, acting together with its payment and billing agents, including TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited (HE 377018, Parthenonos 5, Flat 103, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus), and related license-holder TechOptions Group B.V. where relevant.
- "Website" means the online gaming platform available at https://national-ca.com, operated under the brand National Casino and targeting Canadian users under the name National Casino.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Website, registers an account and/or uses any of the services offered on the Website.
- "Account" means a personal online gaming account registered by a User on the Website and maintained by the Operator.
- "Services" means the real-money and demo casino games, live dealer games, promotions, loyalty programs, payment processing and any related functionalities offered on the Website.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any amount of real money or bonus funds staked by a Player on the outcome of a casino or live casino game offered on the Website.
- "Bonus" means any promotional value, including bonus money, free spins, cashback, tournament entries, or other promotional benefits credited to a Player's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your province or territory of residence in Canada, whichever is higher. By creating an Account, you expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Residence: You must be a resident of Canada and access the Website only from within Canada, except in provinces or territories where online gambling with offshore operators is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful under applicable local laws.
- One account: You may hold only one Account on the Website. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances may be frozen pending investigation.
Registration Process

- Account approval: The Operator may refuse to open an Account or may close an existing Account at its sole discretion if information is incomplete, inconsistent, false, or if legal or regulatory concerns arise.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information during registration and keep it updated. The Operator may suspend or close your Account if information is found to be inaccurate or unverifiable.
- Password security: You must choose a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at [email protected].
- Use for lawful purposes only: You must not use your Account for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, payment fraud, collusion or abuse of bonuses.
- Prohibition on third-party use: You must not allow any third party to use your Account, and you must not use any third party's Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game providers and RNG: Casino and live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party providers. Where applicable, game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring fairness and unpredictability.
- Game rules: Each game has its own rules, pay tables and special features as described in the game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- Time of settlement: Bets are settled immediately upon completion of the game round and in accordance with the game rules and the Operator's records.
Placing Bets
- Availability of funds: You may place Bets only if your Account has a sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Balance. Attempted Bets exceeding your available balance will be rejected.
- Minimum and maximum stakes:
- Each game sets its own minimum and maximum Bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
- The Operator may apply overall daily, weekly or monthly maximum Bet limits per Account for risk management and responsible gambling purposes.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been received by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history. The Operator's server records are final and conclusive.
- Currency: Accounts for Canadian Users are maintained primarily in Canadian dollars (CAD). Where another currency is used, exchange rates and any associated fees are determined by the payment provider.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- By the Player: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the Operator's systems, it cannot generally be cancelled or modified by the Player.
- By the Operator: The Operator may, in its sole discretion, void, cancel or adjust Bets and/or winnings if:
- a technical error, misconfiguration, interruption or malfunction affects the correct functioning or display of a game;
- Bets were accepted during a period of known technical faults or outages;
- Bets were clearly placed at incorrect odds, stakes or pay tables due to an obvious error; or
- there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, exploitation of a bug or abuse of game or promotion rules.
- Refunds on voided Bets: If a Bet is voided by the Operator, the stake will normally be returned to the Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance from which it was originally deducted, unless the Operator reasonably believes fraud or unlawful conduct has occurred.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Players must at all times behave respectfully towards dealers, other players, and staff in live casino environments and chats. Abusive, racist, sexist, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not advertise or promote any products, services or other websites, or solicit other players for any purpose, in chats or live games.
- Prohibition of cheating and collusion: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated tools or bots, collude with other players, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in termination of your Account and forfeiture of funds.
- Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator and its providers may monitor chat and game behaviour. The Operator may mute, restrict, suspend or close Accounts, and may report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Promotional materials: Specific promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, tournaments and loyalty rewards, are subject to these general Bonus Terms and any additional terms published on the promotion page.
- One bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared environment (e.g., dormitories, public networks).
- Bonus codes and activation: Some promotions require entry of a bonus code or selection of an offer at deposit. Failure to follow the stated activation steps may result in the Bonus not being credited.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation criteria:
- Bonuses may require a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the offer.
- Only deposits made with eligible payment methods count towards Bonus activation; certain methods may be excluded.
- Wagering requirements:
- Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 40x the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit) before they are converted to withdrawable Real Money.

- Timeframes:

Prohibited Games and Actions

- Betting patterns: The following actions may be considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- placing single or multiple Bets significantly higher than your average bet size after a large win and before fulfilling wagering requirements;
- low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette);
- delaying game rounds (including free spins or bonus features) to a later time when no wagering is required or after switching from Real Money to Bonus funds; and
- using multiple Accounts or collaborating with others to exploit bonuses.
- Sanctions for abuse: Where the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, it may:
- cancel active Bonuses and forfeit associated winnings;
- confiscate funds obtained through abusive practices;
- close or restrict the Player's Account; and
- report fraudulent conduct to relevant authorities and payment providers.
Combining Promotions
- No stacking by default: Unless expressly permitted, only one active Bonus may be held at any given time. Activating a new Bonus may result in the cancellation or expiry of the previous Bonus, including any associated wagering progress.
- Sequence and priority: If multiple promotions are available, the order in which they may be used or combined will be determined by the Operator and explained in the specific promotion rules.
- Discretionary offers: The Operator may grant personal or VIP offers subject to individual terms communicated to the Player, which will prevail over general Bonus Terms in case of conflict.

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits

Withdrawals

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refund policy:

Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Service Availability

Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues and third-party failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

- delays, losses or errors in transmission of data, Bets or payments caused by network or system failures; or
- any defect or malfunction in games supplied by third-party providers, provided that the Operator uses reasonable efforts to remedy such issues once identified.
- Losses incurred by the Player: You acknowledge that:
- gambling carries a financial risk and you may lose some or all of the funds deposited;
- you are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and activities; and
- the Operator shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of your own actions, including failure to use responsible gambling tools or ignoring warnings.
- Indirect damages: The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or Services.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on compensation: Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a specific Bet, game round or transaction due to an error or breach of these Terms, the maximum compensation shall not exceed:
- the amount actually staked in that Bet or game round; or
- where the claim does not relate to a particular Bet, the lesser of your aggregate deposits made during the previous 30 days and CAD 5,000.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain consumer protection rights available to Canadian residents.

Termination by the Player

- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under Canadian law and any applicable ADR schemes, any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao. You may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your province or territory of residence where this is mandated by local law.
